Hoy les quiero mostrar dos estampados que son tendencia: tartan y pata de gallo, el primero tiene su origen en los típicos trajes Escoceses de cuadros rojos para esta temporada se ha renovado muchicisimo, cambiando colores, tamaños y formas de los cuadros pero siempre conservando su esencia. El estampado de pata de gallo tomó auge en el siglo XIX y XX entre los aristócratas escoceses, luego en 1948 de Cristian Dior los uso para empacar las cajas de sus perfumes y desde entonces este estampado es una referencia de elegancia.

Today I want to show two prints that are trend: tartan and houndstooth, the first comes from the typical red checkered Scottish costumes. This season has been renovated much, changing colors, sizes and shapes of the tables but always retaining its essence. The houndstooth pattern made boom in century XIX and XX among Scottish aristocrats, then in 1948 Christian Dior use it to pack boxes of their perfumes and since then this pattern is a reference of elegance.
